Is this my lucky post? I guess it's better than 666.
The question is have I blogged anything particularly worthwhile in 777 posts over almost 3 years.......
Checking my webstats, I found a few searches that have me wondering what these people were looking for and why they were looking for it. A few examples: "god i m searching", "who are the jones", "bush lies dollar bill", "angel pin scam", "demographics on hostage takers", "complacent", "pakistani weeding dresses"
Some, I only ask why?: "rate my piss", "strange stories of the catholic church", "what is played hookie", "how many people shopped at walmart??"
These I know what they are looking for but don't think they'll find it here: "the hunt for wmd", "imminent danger iraq", "andrea yates mug shot", "unibomber shack", "names of the unibomber victims", "batman archives", "things to do in rockville on a friday night"
Others just scare me like "anne of green gables slash" and "cat tails and how to make them"
Some I'm in agreement with: "diane sawyer is a bitch", "abb anybody but bush", "michael jackson is a freak", and "boycott walmart",
Then there are the loser searches: "suscribe someone to bulk mailing lists", "as a guy how do you bump and grind with a girl on the dance floor?", and "people more pathetic than me"
And an awful lot of women (and men) asking: "can you ovulate twice in a month"
And finally these cat ones give me a laugh: "siamese cat went on a rampage", "the shaved cat", "anatomical cat pics", "cat with stinky butt", and "cat peeing on car"
Sue and I visited the International Spy Museum today. It was two hours of detailed displays of spy related items. It was interesting but a bit crowded. It seemed as though some schools were out since many children were there with their parents.
All in all it had some cool stuff, but I was on information overload by the end. It will require another visit to appreciate all the displays. Some things were too crowded to enjoy, especially anything that involved hands on use.
In the gift shop, I pointed out to the manager of the video department that they needed to stock La Femme Nikita season 1. He hadn't realized it was available and agreed it would be a good addition since they do carry Alias and 24. I also mentioned that the creators of 24, also created La Femme Nikita. He did not know that but acknowledged that La Femme Nikita was ahead of it's time [since it was a show about espionage and counter-terrorism that well predated 9/11].
I must note that on Amazon.com, reviewer Derek Mok is an idiot and doesn't know what the hell he's talking about. Calling Roy Dupuis a casting mistake???? My god, more than half the women watching the show were drooling over him. And the man not only looks good but is an award winning Canadian actor. He can act circles around Peta Wilson.
Reading the rest of his review I note that he called Madeline matronly, therefore I know the boy is clueless. Madeline is many things, but never matronly.
All I can say is that first season rocked. The set of DVDs are worth buying...taught me much of what I know about spying and all the gadgets and tricks that go with the trade. :)
Freaking hysterical....try it.

Read it here. I'm LMAO...Oh my Gawd. Priceless.
I did a few websearches today in response to how rare or not rare my last name is. (based on a conversation at work) In the process I found a site that maps last names in Italy showing how many people with that last name reside throughout Italy.
Also, I found a site that maps the prevalence of any last name throughout the US. It gives you the option of mapping it in 1990 or dates earlier. I suggest choosing all dates and watch it cycle through those dates. Pretty neat.
